What is the Blended Burger Project™?

For the first time, a local Tucson, AZ restaurant is joining The Blended Burger Project™ organized by the James Beard Foundation and Mushroom Council of America. The Blended Burger Project™ is a movement that strives to make burgers better by blending ground beef with chopped mushrooms, creating an incredibly delicious patty full of umami flavor that’s healthier for our guests and more sustainable for our planet.
